Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

• Accommodation from August 23rd to September 3rd (11 nights)

  • The hotel package is optional

  • Specify whether you prefer one or two beds

  • If two people are sharing a room, only one should purchase the hotel package
    
    

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day

• Avgas 100LL and engine oil for the competition flights and smoke oil for Program 5

• Transfers between hotel and airfield

• Opening and Closing ceremonies (including meals)

• Entertainments provided by the organizer

• Laundry

• CIVA fee (competitors only)

NOTE: Payments using a credit or debit card will incur a 2.9% processing fee. We also accept wire transfers; use the Contact page to request instructions.
